Our castles (and abbeys!) will come alive this weekend, hosting a number of exciting events ready for the May bank holiday.

We guarantee that there will be something for everyone! From astonishing battle re-enactments, archery demonstrations, discovering history and even dragons!

#LivetheLegends — Dragon on tour!

It’s Dwynwen’s turn to travel across Wales, visiting a number of our monuments on her journey. Where will she travel this summer?

  • Caerphilly Castle, 3 April–28 May 2017
  • Chepstow Castle, 29 May–11 June 2017
  • Raglan Castle, 12–25 June 2017
  • Tretower Court and Castle, 27 June–9 July 2017
  • Kidwelly Castle, 11–30 July 2017
  • Harlech Castle, 1–13 August 2017
  • Beaumaris Castle, 15–28 August 2017

And make sure you share your legendary experience on social media with the hashtag #LivetheLegends — our favourite dragon selfie will be in for a chance of winning a year’s family membership.
