LGBT Role Model Programme:

9.30am – 5.30pm, 11 March, Swansea University, SA2 8PP

Stonewall Cymru’s next Role Model Programme takes place on 11 March. This one day course for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans staff is designed to help you think about what it means to be authentic in the workplace and how you can be a more effective role model.

Programme aim

To promote increased visibility of LGBT role models, seen to take an active role as change agents in the workplace

The objectives of the programme are

  • For you to develop an understanding of what it means to be authentic in the workplace
  • For you to develop an understanding of what it means for them to be an LGB role model in the workplace
  • For you to identify achievable ways to step up as an LGB role model in the workplace
